Andrew Bishop with RecogNation will be virtually presenting on Employee Recognition.

Andrew is a seasoned speaker, trainer, content creator, and leader who provides thought leadership on topics such as corporate culture, employee engagement, leadership, team performance, and recognition best practices. He is also a key contributor to The RecogNATION Podcast, an Advisory Board Member for Recognition Professionals International where he recently earned the 2024 Theresa Harkins-Schulz Education Award, and sits on the board for HR.com and West Michigan’s Best and Brightest Companies to Work For.
Objectives:
1.) Define what Recogition is and is not.
2.) Acknowledge and address the common misconceptions that hold recognition back within the workplace.
3.) Establish a framework for how recognition can be used as an investment to propel an organization forward.
