At ADP, he built a 250-person centralized recruitment department in five countries that serviced 167 countries, and 40,000 hires a year for the world's most recognizable brands. He started consulting 5 years ago out of frustration of being a candidate, hiring manager, and employee through the hiring process. His goal is share his experience and philosophies to help organizations and candidates meet their career aspirations to say I “LoveMyJob”. |
