Alan’s dynamic keynote is built around the years of planning and climbing that went into making the goal of reaching the summit of Mount Everest a reality for Alan and three members of his immediate family. Alan integrates human resource management tools and strategies throughout putting specific emphasis on adopting an agile mentality so that we are not too rigid in our thinking, managing and mitigating risk, building relationships, resolving conflicts, managing unpredictable events, adapting to change and effectively working together to achieve strategic goals.
